So, what can you expect from my Fitness Blog and why should you read it?

Well, unlike most fitness blogs that like to focus on “trends” or post advice that is too general for actual use, I make sure that my content is as concrete and practical as possible. The reason for this is simple: if it isn’t useful then it’s useless… and if it’s useless then I don’t want it on my blog.

Sounds simple, but not everyone gets it. I’ve turned down plenty of guest posts in the past because they just don’t offer any REAL value, and what I care about over and above everything is results!

99.9% of the time I write my own shit because it’s the ONLY way that I can ensure top-notch quality of every post. If and when I do find guest posts that live up to my expectations, you’ll see me throw in extra value for good measure.

I also tend to push the limits by taking this blog over and far beyond the others with things such as: Live Chats, In-Depth Supplement Reviews, Product Reviews, Expert Interviews, Inspirational Quotes, Nutrition Fundamentals & Training theories that you can apply right away.

At this point, everything might sound all hard-edged, but know that I also like to have fun, which is why I have my DoucheBag list. What’s it got to do with fitness? Not much, but it offers the value of hilarity and a potential for discussion… so if you care, go check it out.

As you will no doubt notice, I keep my content raw, uncut and uncensored. Why? Because that’s the way I want it to be. Creativity and expression of one’s passion should never be tied down by a bunch of fucking rules. I write the way I speak and I speak the way I write. I want you to feel what I’m saying on a personal level because I am pretty damn passionate about my subject matter. Not everyone will feel comfortable with this style of writing… but that’s ok because for those, there are other blogs which will cater to them.

I also tend to get involved & interact with my readers, which means I answer EVER email I get and respond to 99% of the comments where I feel the need to acknowledge/add value/or put the person in their place. Either way, you’ll hear from me.

That pretty much sums it up for now, so take a few minutes to look around, read a few posts and apply the shit I teach because knowing and applying are two VERY different things.
