I was born in India and grew up there until I was 7 years old. Then I lived in England for a while… finally settling in Canada. Now along the way there were obvious culture shocks and clashes, the MAIN one being in the area of food. North American food tasted bland and weak to me, why?
I was used to eating some seriously spicy foods in India and my tastebuds adapted to it, in fact they crave spicy foods. Ok technically speaking, its ME that craves the spice not my tastebuds… but whatever.
The point is, I got used to it. But here is the funny thing, if you ever visit India, most people are skinny! (Dis-regarding the folks who live in poverty and cannot afford much food).
This is because of the high spice content in Indian foods which turbo-charges our metabolic rates! Currently I add chilli peppers, ground chilli peppers, organic hot sauce… anything I can get my hands on that will make me feel the fire, and now combine this with eating small, consistent meals everyday and you will shed fat like no tomorrow!
On top of this, add a decent exercise routine?! OH… can you say RIPPED!?
Try it next time… add some serious spice to your meals. If you can’t handle spice, start off slow because your spice tolerance WILL go up, just like anything else.

You mean only fat loss, or overall weight loss? Would it make sense in a bulking up (of muscle) diet?I wouldn’t mind shedding some fat, but i definitely want to keep the muscle.
