I've been trying for years to re-wire my brain; affirmations on a card read periodically throughout the day, fitness and physique goals again written on cards and carried around, getting involved in support groups for life problems... the list goes on. Your new (yet creepily familiar) insight is that my inner-self couldn't give a BBQ spicey monkey leg about the mundane, surface level of my mind like thinking and feeling. It only and ONLY functions to find answers... that's why WHAT I ask is so much more important than HOW I feel about what I ask!!!!! Answers to questions like "Why...?" leave you with no action to take, but an answer to a "How...?" question will say something like "Do..." or "Try..." somethingAs I'm writing this I get some clarity on why my previous attempts may not have worked. It seems obvious (now) that I let my questions remain in the "WHY?" form and I was just SO overwhelmingly attached to how I feel about them. They just circled around in the surface of my mind as well as any answers I may have gotten, which usually just confirmed how crap I felt and was as a person.NO MORE!!! I will try your simple 'Change the Input and Repeat' approach and will get back on this blog in a couple of weeks with an update.....watch this space.PS thanks

I absolutely dig what you’ve hit on here!!
