I change my training methods all the time, get better results than ever before athough I'm still rubbish. Mixed training method tip is really good, everyone should try it. Even if you don't progress to much at least you not bored. Thanks.

My perspective comes from a beginners stand-point since people with more knowledge and experience can appreciate the benefits of changing up their routine.

Those just starting out and learning a workout (ie. mastering each movement, improving loads, reps, and sets) may feel a little overwhelmed by new changes every 3 weeks. That's all... no need to worry as I fully support the idea of variety in ones exercise regimen.

Good stuff, and welcome. Though when I read "changing every couple of weeks may not sound appealing..." I was thrown back.

Maybe it's just me but I just get so fucking bored with the same routine after 3 weeks. Some people DO hate change though, so they like staying in their little comfort zone and keep doing the same workout every time with 0 improvements... and they have the bodies to prove it. Ha.

First time visitor and I like what I see...
Keep your routines fresh. Although changing your routine every couple of weeks may not sound appealing, at least vary the order, length of set, number of reps. You\'re right, the # of combinations are endless so let\'s start using them!

Well actually do an normal exercise with a normal trainee then he would not do it more then once or twice but if the same person goes to a gym by paying some money and do some exercise on machines he would prefer it.

I LOVE CHANGE! I mix it up in different workouts or the same workout. I just keep paying attention & listening to the bod & it tells me what I need to do. Most people don't listen or pay attention to what the bod is telling them.

I don't know all the ones you mentioned but I have & do use many up there.... it is all about keeping the bod guessing & trying to improve no matter what!
