Watching T.V. and going on an elliptical is pretty awesome, but I just read a study (I tried to find it... when I come across it again I'll post it on here) that said doing a mental exercise, like a math problem, solving a riddle or brainstorming an idea (whatever makes you think) makes the workout go by faster AND actually increases the effects ofthe workout.

Fascinating, huh? I did find it online so it is hard to tell whether or not it is 100% accurate, but you should give it a shot and see if it changes the effects of your workout. I'll post the link when I find it!

I see lots of guys on the Elliptical at the gym.. or at my hour of workout, more than I expect. I think they are too lazy to get on a treadmill although both can work you good! I do both & the StepMill which is a kick butt workout!

Thx for setting people on the right track!
