This is next on my list, and maybe I skimmed over it, but do they come with the different resistance bands or will I have to upgrade when that time comes?

Yes lil one. It will be more than effective for ya. In fact, after inspecting the bands, I reckon anyone 4’9″ or higher can get decent use outa it.
