		<description>Yeah you need to step on them with both feet, attach all 3 bands and then perform the deadlift as normal. As for squats, your gona hafta ease out the load and attach the bands at the very END. Step on em, perform a shoulder press then stop at the initial position... you should now be able to squat from that position. 

It&#039;s a little fucked up to explain but try out exactly what I wrote and you should do ok.</description>

		<description>Nice review man helped me in deciding wether to get the dam thing and i did. Ive looked at other reviews aswell which say you can do squats and deadlifts with this but have as yet not managed to work out how! any ideas?</description>
