Hey sorry it took so long to reply, but I ended up breaking my toe at an MMA class so I\'ve been out of it for a while. I got the straps on and it works pretty good for me. And yes I can actually use it without sneakers, but I like it better with them on...

>>Re: Anthony

The strap should only cover your toes, if you put your feet "inside" more than that, and if your toes touch the floor when you're in pushup position, you're doing it wrong.

The only application that require your heels to touch the floor is if you're stomach is facing the ceiling. But what can you really do from there... nothing. The exercises that require the feet all have your stomach facing the floor.

Therefore your heels can extend as far as out as they want. Ideally they should hover. I pulled the bands on mine back like a bitch and trust me... even big foot's dad could fit in that.

Yes, in the DVD they have an older version with a "lip" but I think they got rid of it for... you?

Let me know how that goes.

(P.S - Lifeline USA, you guys owe me escort favors for my kick-ass customer service. Send them all over to... err. email me!)

Cheers.

I got the wheel and put it together but I'm not sure if it fits my feet properly I think they might be too big.
How much of your shoe is supposed to be covered by the strap? I get my foot in and bring the strap around and my feet are almost touching the ground. Do you have any pics of how you used it? I tried getting a comparison from the instructional DVD but its different, the pedals form an L shape Any suggestions?

It's exactly what you think it is: Pike press to handstand (might need a spotter) then snap down and try to go back into handstand. The second part is the hardest.

Do it on gym floor and be prepared to wipe out plenty of times. No pain, no gain.

Thank you for the response.
OK - what is a snap down with a power wheel. I know your back ground is in gymnastics and I know what a snap down drill is when working on back handsprings but can\'t imagine what you are talking about.

August end or early September I believe, but I'm not sure if that upgrade cycle includes the changes of the hinges or just the DVD and instructional manual.

However, unless you're some 200+lbs beast, I wouldn't worry about anything on this wheel breaking.

I've started doing snap-downs where the wheel assembly takes a helluva pounding and everything still looks the same as it did on day one.

(Minus the dirt & mud... that would be my bad)

Do you have any idea when the upgrades will take place? I want to order but would like to wait for the improvements if they aren't going to take forever. Thanks
