Testimonials, praises, props and other awesome shit people say about me – it’s all on this page. Unlike most fitness trainers on the web that put up the fake nonsense, what you see below is all real, unsolicited and the person didn’t have a gun to their face…

The chapter I learned the most from was ‘Myth Busting: Separating Fact from Fiction’. I had a lot to relearn about fitness and eating for health from years of believing myths. There is a lot in this book and I am still re-reading an absorbing it a month after I first got my hands on a copy. This is a fitness book for life that won’t get dusty on your shelves.”

I really enjoyed the experience you provided. I made very fast progress and as long as I lifted properly (no ego lifting), then I was constantly seeing improvements with weights (each week, I was able to lift heavier). The diet was very helpful and the food list was ample. I like how prompt your answers are and how you allowed me to rant occasionally to you, it was a very down-to-earth relationship. I recommend you to many people looking to meet their fitness goals because you know what you’re doing and the price is very affordable. I wasn’t sure what to expect when it came to bulking with an online trainer, but I’m very happy with what I got.
