Today we are going to take a look at the word “diet”. Personally, I HATE this word, and there are a few reasons for this.
First, the word diet itself, implies that you should REDUCE your daily needed caloric intake in order to lose weight. Why would you ever want to do this? And even if you do, guess what? It’s NEVER going to last.
Diets DONT WORK, plain and simple! So what does work?
EATING HABITS!
A habit stays with you for life, and that is why I recommend that you follow a plan until it becomes a part of your life style, stop hopping from diet to diet. Diets also represent short term thinking which results in short-term results.
Ask yourself, do you want short term health or LIFE-LONG health? The answer is pretty simple.
