Just because it has beta alanine doesn’t mean its effective.

That’s like saying just because someone has money, they are rich. This logic is ridiculous.

Its the AMOUNT that counts. With a mere 750mg “blend” it’s almost insignificant in those doses. You need a couple grams, period!

Love it – this stuff has beta alanine in there, and there’s no doubt that this stuff works. Both in the lab and in the field, studies show that it helps reduce fatigue, especially for endurance athletes. I never practice or race (swimmer here) without it.
