Ever notice how you feel sleepy and tired right after you wake up? That undeniable temptation of smacking the snooze button for “just a few more mins”.
Well I can bet you that almost EVERYONE has felt this way before, you are not alone. This happens even IF you get your 8 hours a night.

FEW REASONS FOR THIS
——————————–
When you are in deep sleep, your body is in a different state. Your heart rate is slowed down, your temperature is slightly different and your body releases a whole bunch of chemicals that help you relax. For the sake of simplicity, let’s call these “vampire chemicals” because their job is to induce sleep!
Now when that alarm goes off and you have to suddenly wake up, these ‘vampire chemicals’ are still in abundance throughout your body, it takes time for them to subdue.
Funny enough, there is one simple way to completely deplete your body of these chemicals, and that is Vitamin D. What is the easiest, most abundant and inexpensive source of vitamin D?
You guessed it… SUNLIGHT!
As soon as you wake up, open up that window and look outside into the world and let all of that light hit your skin and eyes. OBVIOUSLY you should never look at the sun DIRECTLY… but just look outside for about 30 seconds to a minute. Let your body soak up all the sun rays and then notice how you feel.
In just 60 seconds you will feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. It still blows me away every time I do this…
There is a very good reason were supposed to sleep at NIGHT and wake up during the DAY.
On the contrary, have you ever noticed how you feel tired and cranky when you wake up to a dull and rainy day?
That’s because there is no sunlight, which means those “vampire chemicals” stay in your body a lot longer than they should.
So what can you do on rainy days? Take vitamin D pills?
That’s a possibility, but that costs money… tomorrow I will reveal another inexpensive technique that you can use to jump start your day!
Stay tuned… I will talk to you tomorrow.
